  • If a tradeline has already been added, the purchase is considered final and non-refundable.

2. Refund Process

  • Processing of refunds may take up to 10 business days.

3. Non-Refundable Cases

  • If the tradeline has already been added to the user’s credit profile.
  • If the refund request is made after 14 days from the purchase date.
  • If fraudulent activity or policy violation is suspected.
  • If the user provides false or misleading information during the refund request.

4. Changes to Refund Policy
